This is a link to an Article I published at  MILENIO SEMANAL about

Sustainable Agriculture:

Here is the Rest of the ARTICLE

What has happened to our society lately?

Our food is packaged and we don’t even know where it comes from. On average,

your processed food travels 1000 miles to get to your plate.  Large industrialized nations subsidize

their farmers and therefore we live under the illusion that food can be cheap and mass produced.

With genetically modified foods being on the American fields we are moving forward applying

genetic technology we don’t understand yet. How is our environment going to react to all our

synthetic materials?

Is that just a dollar dog you are eating, or are we taking out a loan with nature?

Wondering if my train of thought is clear, any thoughts?

Gallery goers?
